Plan ahead to attend the PHS Fall Garden Festival sponsored by The Philadelphia Horticultural Society. It will be  on Saturday, September 24, 2011, from 11:00am – 4:00pm. The event will take place at the Philadelphia Navy Yard and is free to everyone.
